situation	Eclipse Vacations Property Rentals offer you Bajamar I, a three bedroom house situated in a small, quiet well-kept urbanisation in a sought after area of Nerja. The urbanisation is situated within walking distance to Nerja's many beaches, shops, restaurants and the famous Balcon de Europa. The main house consists of three levels.
	The urbanisation has a communal swimming pool surrounded by gardens. The property also has 3 private sunbeds that can be used around the pool.	outside There is a patio area that looks out towards the pool and has patio table and chairs.
Entering through the main door you are on the middle level. This has two twin rooms and the full bathroom and from here there is a spiral staircase going up to the third bedroom. Going down stairs from the middle level you come to the lounge, kitchen and exit on to the terrace and swimming pool area.
kitchen The kitchen and dining area has a cooker with oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and washing machine.		living area The lounge is a good size with a sofa and armchairs, satallite tv and log burning fire. Patio doors lead out on to the terrace that leads to the swimming pool
bedrooms There are three bed rooms in total all of them have twin beds, bed side tables and plenty of wardrobe space			bathrooms There is one full bathroom that has a bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin, bidet and wc. Down stairs there is a wc. and wash hand basin and up in the third bedroom there is a shower cubicle.
In most cases an extra bed can be provided for the additional cost of £30 per week
