Bajamar is a three bedroom house situated in a small, quiet well-kept urbanisation in a sought after area
of Nerja. The urbanisation is situated within walking distance to Nerja's
many beaches, shops, restaurants and the famous Balc¤n de Europa. The main house consists of three levels and there is also a one bedroom self-contained apartment with a separate entrance situated underneath the house. |

The urbanisation has a communal swimming pool surrounded by gardens. | outside There is a superb sun terrace, on the third floor, with sun-beds and a spectacular view across the town down to the sea. |

| The separate apartment has one bedroom with twin beds, lounge with American style, fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. |

There is a small terrace that leads from the main lounge that has a table and chairs ideal for eating al fresco. From this terrace there a few steps down to another small terrace also with table and chairs and a small planted garden. and another entrance to the apartment. | |

kitchen The kitchen - also on the first level - is fully-fitted and well equipped with oven, hob fridge freezer and washing machine. |

living area On the first level there is a lounge/dining area with a three-piece suite, dining table and chairs and cable TV. |

bedrooms Going up the stairs from the lounge to the second level there are two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with twin beds - and both with plenty of wardrobe space. . |

bathrooms On the first level there is a w.c. and there is also a fully tiled bathroom with bath & overhead shower, w.c. and hand basin on the second level. |
