situation This delightful location is situated on the edge of the valley approaching and within easy walking distance of the beautiful white village of Frigiliana; it is also conveniently situated for the 10-minute bus ride to Nerja’s beaches, shops and restaurants.		outside The private tiled swimming pool is 6.5m X 4m x 1.7m deep [all one depth] and is entered by stainless steel steps to one corner, the terrace is furnished with 4 sun beds, and also features a hot and cold shower discretely located to one side of the terrace, this feature is popular with the ladies who can shampoo their hair after leaving the pool.
The available accommodation is all on one lower level with its own private swimming pool, it should be noted that the owner’s accommodation above would be unoccupied during this time. The property is air conditioned. From the parking area there are steps down to good-sized poolside terraces that host spectacular unspoilt views down the valley to Nerja and the Mediterranean beyond, and in the other direction and looking to wards the village of Frigiliana is the National Park and the Almijara Mountain range. The accommodation has been built to a very high standard and is furnished for those who appreciate the finer things in life, and enjoy the feeling of outside living and eating el fresco if required. A complementary food pack will be left for all visitors.
kitchen The kitchen is of open plan design, and is glassed on three of its sides with sliding windows and doors, and as previously mentioned the one end can be opened up completely to be part of the covered eating terrace if required.	The layout consists of grey granite work surfaces with black sink unit; it is well equipped with fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and a good supply of crockery, and utensils.	living area The accommodation is all on one level, the largest room is furnished as a recreation room, with a full size table tennis table, two small tables with a chair and a CD/tape and radio, the TV room, bathrooms and bedrooms all lead off this room. Furnished with leather sofas, coffee tables, flat screen Sky TV [free to air channels only] DVD player, and patio doors, which open onto the terrace.
The accommodation has patio doors that fold back to completely open the room into the covered area of the terrace. The covered terrace is considered to be the eating area as it is next to the kitchen. The kitchen also has similar doors that can be opened out into the same area, however for those who wish to eat in an enclosed area the recreation room can be easily changed over and be used for eating purposes if preferred.
bedrooms There are three bedrooms, of which two have double beds, and the third has three single beds, all bedrooms have ceiling fans, and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.			bathrooms There are two bathrooms; one is the en suite to the main bedroom, with a large walk in shower; wash hand basin, and toilet. The second is a family size bathroom and is shared by the remaining two bedrooms; it has a large walk in shower, Jacuzzi bath, and double wash hand basins and toilet.
We would like to stress that the living quarters are very close to the swimming pool area and that families with young children should please take this into consideration when booking. No smoking or pets are permitted in the accommodation.
In most cases an extra bed can be provided for the additional cost of £30 per week
