situation It is a villa with a private pool but does have neighbours either side. The house has private parking which is situated under the house. There are then 22 steps to the main area.		outside The house has 3 terraces in total one in front of the house; the second at the end of the garden and the third is a private roof terrace. The two on the lower level are covered and have patio furniture. There is a private swimming pool and a small garden.
kitchen The kitchen has been recently renovated with new cupboards and hob but unfortunately they did not replace the tiles and are typically Spanish. (Slightly colorful). There is also a fridge with small freezer compartment.			living area This villa is typically Spanish and furnished with typical Spanish furniture. The lounge has a sofa and chair, coffee table, wall unit and satellite TV.
bedrooms There are 2 bedrooms in total. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. Both rooms have freestanding wardrobes.		bathrooms Again this is typically Spanish with a small bath with over head shower, wash hand basin and wc.
In general the house is clean and comfortable, however it may not be the taste of all people and the price reflects on this. It is ideal for families who wish to have a cheap private villa for a relaxing holiday in the countryside of Nerja. Car hire is a necessity.
In most cases an extra bed can be provided for the additional cost of £30 per week
