situation This lovely townhouse is situated in a new urbanisation, on a hillside above the beach of Burriana.		outside Sliding doors lead to a terrace equipped with table and chairs for "al fresco" dining.
The house has pleasant views to the sea and up to the mountains from the two terraces.		The large terrace that leads off from two of the bedrooms is ideal for sunbathing. There is a communal pool just 50 metres from the house.
kitchen The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer and electric hob and oven.		living area The front door leads straight into the main living/dining area, which is comfortably furnished and has Satellite T.V.
bedrooms The three good sized bedrooms are reached by stairs leading down from the ground floor. There are two twin bedrooms and a double, all with fitted wardrobes and terrace access.			bathrooms There is a full bathroom on the same floor as the bedrooms and stairs lead down to a second bathroom. (Both have bath and shower.) There is also a guest toilet on the upper level.
In most cases an extra bed can be provided for the additional cost of £30 per week
