This delightful house is situated in a well sought after urbanisation close to the Hotel Parador of Nerja and the famous Burriana Beach. The urbanisation has a communal swimming pool and gardens and is only 5 minute walk from Burriana Beach.

From the lounge, walking through patio doors you come onto a terrace with
patio furniture and sun beds and hosts sea and mountain views.

The kitchen is all electric with oven, hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and fridge freezer. There is a wash room situated off the double bedroom which is where the washing machine is situated.
There are three bedrooms in total two twin rooms are situated on the top floor and the master bedromm is situated on the lower level. They all have fitted wardrobes and drwaer space.

Entering the house on the upper level you then go down the stairs and enter into the good sized lounge and dining room that has two sofas, wood burning stove, Sky TV, video, CD radio and a dining table that sits up to 6 people.
There is one good size shower room situated on the upper level which is shared by two twin rooms. The second shower room is en-suite to the double room on the lower level
