situation This delightful three bedroom house is situated in the well kept urbanisation of Punta Lara just a 5 minute drive from Nerja town centre.	There are parking facilities in front of the main entrance to the house.	outside There is one large communal swimming pool (April - Oct) which has been divided into two to make a smaller pool for children. There is a lifeguard there whenever the pool is open.	There are three small family run bars on the urbanisation and two of these are close to the swimming pool.
If you enjoy walking then it is less than a 10 minute walk down to the nearest beach which is close to the Hotel Marinas de Nerja and from here you can walk along the beach into the town centre which would take you a further 20 minutes.		From the hotel Marinas de Nerja there is a bus service which takes you into Nerja and run on a regular basis.
kitchen The house has a large independent kitchen which is well equipped and has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and kettle.		living area In the large spacious lounge, dining room there are 3 very comfortable sofas with coffee table, TV with approx 15 English channels inc BBC,,ITV and sky sports and a DVD player. There is a dining table that seats 6 people. From the lounge there are patio doors which lead onto a good sized terrace with patio furniture, stunning sea views and a BBQ.
bedrooms There are three good sized bedrooms The master bedroom is on the upper level and has patio doors onto a second terrace. There are two twin bedrooms on the lower level. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes.			bathrooms There are two full bathrooms, one is ensuite to the master bedroom and the second is on the lower level for the 2 twin bedrooms. Both consist of bath with overhead shower w.c. and wash hand basin.
In most cases an extra bed can be provided for the additional cost of £30 per week
