situation Edf Colorin is a large spacious penthouse apartment situated just on the fringe of the famous whitewashed village of Frigiliana. It is a small block consisting of only 6 apartments distributed over 2 floors.		outside There are two terraces in total the first is through patio doors from the lounge or hallway and has patio furniture. The second is the roof terrace that is accessed by internal stairs from the lounge.
This hosts spectacular views of the sea and mountains and has a built in BBQ and dining table to sit up to six people ideal for eating “al fresco”. There is a good sized private spa pool which can be heated in the winter months and three good quality sun beds.
kitchen The kitchen is well equipped for self catering with a fridge freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. It even has a full set of plastic utensils for bbqing.		living area The lounge is a good size and is comfortably furnished with 2 large sofas, dining table again to seat up to 6 people, TV with English channels and there is an air conditioning unit.
bedrooms There are 3 bedrooms in total; the master bedroom has a double bed, large fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and air conditioning. The other 2 bedrooms both have twin beds and fitted wardrobes.			bathrooms There are 2 bathrooms in total. The first is en suite to the master bedroom and has bath with over head shower, wash hand basin, bidet and wc. The second is a shower room with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and wc.
This delightful, well furnished property is within easy walking distance to the heart of the village and it various bars and bodegas. It is ideal for the families who enjoy typical Spanish village life, although the main town of Nerja is less than a 10 minute drive away.
In most cases an extra bed can be provided for the additional cost of £30 per week
