Edificio Burriana is a small apartment complex situated at the end of Calle Carabeo in Nerja close to the famous Burriana Beach
This apartment is ideal
for couples and small families as it is central with only a short stroll to
Nerjas restaurants and shops.
At the entrance to the building there is a small communal swimming pool and the complex is situated less than a couple of minutes walk from the famous Burriana Beach. There is also a large sunny roof terrace that can be accessed by stairs
There is an open kitchen that has an electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge with small freezer.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor of the complex and consists of a good size lounge with dining area with Sky TV
bedrooms
It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other has two single beds, both rooms have plenty of wardrobe space.
The fully tiled bathroom consists of a bath with overhead shower w.c. and wash hand basin and washing machine

most cases an extra bed can be provided for the additional cost of £30 per
week
