This 2 bedroom apartment has been renovated to a very high standard catering for disabled people. It is situated close to the Torrecilla beach which has access for disabled people.
Situated on the 4th floor there is a ramp inside the building and then a lift to all floors.
In the summer months the large swimming pool is available to residents of the building and is surrounded by tropical gardens where one can enjoy a pleasant change away from the beach.
The kitchen is all electric and fully equipped with ceramic hob, fan oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, iron, etc.

The comfortable living area consists of
two sofas, dining table that seats up to 4 people, TV (Spanish channels
only) and video recorder.
The terraces have been enclosed but all of the windows open to give an open air feel to the whole lounge and dining area
There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed, bed side table and wardrobes. The second bedroom has twin beds and wardrobe.
The bathroom, with ample space to move around, consists of a large, modern, walk in, non slip shower cubicle, a shower stool and safety rail as well as wash basin and W.C. with hand rail and a washing machine.
