The Edificio has a communal swimming pool surrounded by wel kept gardens . (The swimming pool is only open in the summer months.)
There is a small kitchen area with only a microwave, toaster and kettle.
The fully tiled seperate shower room with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and wc.
The studio consists of a room with a good size sofa bed, wardrobe space and a table with 2 chairs. There is a ceiling fan.
