Edificio Florida is a comfortably furnished; two bedroom apartment situated on the ground floor it is only a five minutes walk down to the famous Burriana Beach and a 15 minute walk down to the centre of Nerja and its many bars and restaurants.
From the lounge there is a patio door that leads on to a small south-facing terrace that has a view of the large communal swimming pool 25mtrs x 10mtrs and gardens.
The apartment is ideal for couples or small families who wish to have a relaxing holiday close to all amenities.
The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster.
The lounge is furnished with 2 sofas, coffee table and a wall unit that has the TV with English channels and a stereo system and a DVD player. There is also a dining table that sits up to 4 people.
There are two bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other has twin beds. Both have plenty of wardrobe space.
