The La Cala de Nerja apartment building has been newly completed for June 2005 to a high quality providing excellent holiday and residential accommodation.
The building is centrally situated very close to the Riu Monica Hotel and just 2 minutes walk to the Torrecilla Beach. There is a communal pool and Jacuzzi with a small garden area. All the amenities of Nerja are within walking distance.
The terrace is reached via patio doors from the lounge of the apartment. On the terrace are sun beds and patio table and chairs to enjoy “ al fresco” dining. There is also a smaller south facing terrace off the lounge.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
There is a good size lounge consisting of 2 comfortable sofas, satelite TV with numerous English channels and dining area that sits up to 4 people. Ceiling fan
There are 2 bedrooms and both of them have twin beds. Both rooms have plenty of wardrobe space, drawers and ceiling fans.
There is one full bathroom consisting of bath with over head shower, wc, bidet and wash hand basin.
