This recently built apartment is located at El Peñoncillo beach in Torrox Costa, only 5 minutes drive from the beautiful town of Nerja.
Crossing over the main road there is a supermarket and within a 5 minutes walk there are various spanish "Chirringitos" fish bars on the beach. Delicious!!!!!
Within the complex there is a typical Spanish tapas bar called "La Cañada"
The complex affords a well kept garden as well as a large open area with seating and pagoda. The apartment has a small terrace with patio furniture and a view of the good sized pool for adults plus an additional children's pool. There is also a childrens play area.

well equipped for self catering holidays with an electric oven, ceramic hob,
fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, tettle and toaster.

The lounge is spacious and is furnished
with a 3-seater sofa bed, 2-seater sofa, coffee table, rustic pine sideboard
with TV, DVD player and CD player with a selection of DVD's and CD's. The
dining area has a rustic pine table and chairs.
The apartment has two bedrooms the master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. Both of them have plenty of wardrobe space.

There are two bathrooms the main one has a bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin, bidet and wc. and the second has a shower cubical, wash hand basin and wc.
