Situation Las Palmeras is situated in the heart of Nerja close to salon and torrecilla beaches and just a short stroll to the famous Balcon de Europa.		Outside There is a superb communal swimming pool surrounded by lush gardens and looks out on to the salon beach and the sea. There is a communal roof terrace that recieves the sun through out the day and has fantastic 360° views.
The apartment itself is east facing but has a semi sea view from the terrace.		The terrace itself is enclosed but can be opened up to recieve the early morning sun.
Kitchen The small but fully equipped kitchen has electric hoband oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster & kettle .			Living area There is a good sized living room with dining area consisting of 1 sofa and 4 armchairs. Sky TV (free to air channels only) and a dining table that seats up to 4 people.
Bedrooms There are 2 bedrooms again furnished to a comfortable standard. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds.	Both have fitted wardrobes and plenty of drawer space.	Bathrooms The fully tiled bathroom has a bath with over head shower, wash hand basin, bidet, and wc. The washing machine is also situated in here.
In most cases an extra bed can be provided for the additional cost of £30 per week
