Edificio Malaga is a pleasant apartment situated on the 5th floor of a small apartment block in the heart of Nerja and is ideal for couples and small families looking for something, which is close to all amenities.
From the lounge there are patio door that lead onto a L shaped terrace that is both south and southwest facing, receiving the sun for most of the day.
The small compact kitchen consists of a large fridge freezer, a 2-ring hob, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and washing machine.
There is a spacious sunny lounge dining area consisting of 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table, satellite tv and dining table with chairs to sit up to six people. Air conditioning.
There are two bedrooms, one with twin beds, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and a patio doors leading on to a small south facing terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside chest of drawers and built in units. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.
The fully tiled bathroom has a bath with a overhead shower, wash hand basin, wc and bidet.
