This urbanization of private villas was completed early 2007 and is situated just on the outskirts of Nerja close to the Hotel Marinas de Nerja. It is less than a 5 minute drive from Nerja but is walk able along the beach with in 20 minutes and there is a good bus service from the entrance to the complex into town.
There is a private swimming pool surrounded by terraces and there is a private roof terrace that hosts fantastic views down towards the sea. There is also a side terrace that has patio furniture and is ideal for eating el fresco. The houses are built on 2 levels with internal stairs.
This property is ideal for families who wish to have a nice relaxing holiday but is relatively close to all amenities. The house has a private garage to park 1 car and there is also street parking in front of the house for another.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with a hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle and toaster. This is situated on the lower level.
The lounge and dining area are situated on the ground floor and has sofa, coffee table, tv and a dining table that sits up to 6 people.
There are 3 bedrooms in total, the master bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes and the other 2 bedrooms have twin beds and fitted wardrobes.
