The house does not have a private terrace but there is an area in front of the house where there is patio furniture and a couple of sun beds. The communal swimming pool is situated less than a minutes walk from the house.


This house is a good property to rent for those families wishing to be within a 15 minute walk of the town centre where you will find plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. There is limited parking on the street or taxi transfers can be arranged.

The newly renovated kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle and toaster.

There is a good sized lounge with a sofa bed and arm chairs, TV with English channels and a large dining table that sits up to 6 people. There is an open log burning fire.

bedrooms
There are 2 bedrooms and both are situated on the upper level. One has a double bed and the second has twin beds. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes.


bathrooms
There are 2 bathrooms in total. The main bathroom is upstairs and has a bath with over head shower, wash hand basin and wc. The second is a shower room with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and wc. This is situated on the lower level.
