situation The property has a large private south facing terrace that receives the sun for most of the day with patio furniture, sun beds and views of the sea.		outside There is also a large communal pool surrounded by well-kept mature gardens, which is only a couple of minutes walk from the property.
kitchen The American style kitchen is big and well equipped with an oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Just off the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine and a separate wc.		living area The property is all on one level and the lounge is of a good size and is furnished to a high but comfortable standard. There are 2 sofas, coffee table, fireplace and a TV that receives free to air channels only.
bedrooms There are 2 bedrooms in total and they both have windows looking out on to the terrace. The Master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes and drawer space.		bathroom There is one full bathroom consisting of a bath with a multi-jet shower, wash hand basin and wc.
Car hire is necessary but you can walk into Nerja along the beach and this would take approximately 30 minutes and there is a good local bus service that runs frequently through out the summer.
In most cases an extra bed can be provided for the additional cost of £30 per week
