Situated in the urbanisation of Punta Lara on the outskirts of Nerja. This town house is furnished to a high standard. This property is ideal for families who want a quiet relaxing holiday. Car hire is necessary but you can walk into Nerja along the beach and this would take approximately 30 mins and there is a good local bus service that runs daily through out the summer.
The house has external steps up to the south facing terrace that hosts superb sea views with patio furniture and a sun bed. There are approximately 35 steps up to the property so it is not Ideal for those who are hard of walking or the elderly.
Bright and airy lounge with 2 leather sofas, coffee table, sat TV and CD radio.
The american style kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, washing machine, toaster and kettle.
The master bedroom has a double bed, bed side tables, chest of drawers and built in wardrobes. The second bedroom has twin beds pushed together but can be sepertaed if needed, bed side tables and built in wardrobes.
The bathroom is fully tiled with a bath inc overhead shower, wash hand basin, bidet and wc.
