This delightful house is situated on a quiet urbanisation on the outskirts of Frigiliana, finished at the beginning of 2005 it has been furnished to a high standard. There is private parking at the front of the house.
There is a private swimming pool with sunbeds, portable barbeque and a covered dining area ideal for eating "al fresco".
The good sized kitchen is situated on the upper level and is equipped for self catering holidays with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.
living area
Lounge and dining area are also on the upper level, again this is a good size and furnished with a comfortable sofa with 2 wicker arm chairs, satallite TV, and a dining area to sit up to 6 people. From the lounge at the front there are patio doors leading onto the terrace that hosts patio furniture and stunning views down through the valley to the sea and receives the sun all day. There is another door leading from the lounge that takes you onto a small terrace that has external steps down to the swimming pool .
bedrooms
Coming down the stairs from the upper level there are two en suite bedrooms. The master bedroom is actually 2 bedrooms that have been made into one and has a double bed wardrobes and a chest of drawers with a lounge area that has a sofa bed. The second bedroom has twin beds, wardrobe and drawers.
Both bathrooms are ensuite to the bedrooms and have baths with overhead showers, double wash hand basin, bidet, wc and hairdryers
