Pueblo Mediteraneo is situated on a new urbanisation close to the famous Burriana Beach.
Car hire is advisable though the beach is only a 10 minute walk downhill. and approximately 20 minutes in to the town centre.
The owner has provided four sun beds, two are on the terrace and two are beside the swimming pool.

The large terrace which can be accessed from either the lounge or the master bedroom faces south west hosts patio furniture and receives the afternoon sun.
It also over looks the communal swimming pool which is shared by approximately 18 properties

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped for self catering with a fridge freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.
living area
There is a good sized lounge consisting
of two comfortable sofas, Sky TV (free to air channels only) and
coffee table. There is a large dining table that seats up to six people.
Free standing fans provided
There are three bedrooms, one double and 2 twins, all having plenty of wardrobe space. The master bedroom has patio doors leading onto the terrace. All of them have ceiling fans.
There are two full bathrooms with bath and over head shower, wash hand basin, and wc. One of them being ensuite.
