Villa La Colina is situated in a pleasant part of Nerja, close to the famous Burriana Beach. Only a five minute walk down to the beach and a 20 minute stroll into the centre of the town where you will find numerous bars and restaurants. Car hire advisable.
Out side there is a covered terrace ideal for eating "Al Fresco", a good sized private swimming pool with terraces hosting sun beds and patio furniture. Laundry room is situated under the swimming pool. Private parking and garage.
bedrooms
There are three bedrooms in total, the large master bedroom has a double bed. The other two bedrooms have twin beds all the rooms have plenty of wardrobe space.
The American style kitchen consists of hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.
On the upper level there good sized lounge is comfortably furnished with sofa to seat up to 8 with dining area that seats up to 6. There is satellite TV, stereo , CD player & board games.
There is 1 shower room on the upper level and full bathroom with a large round bath on the lower level.
