Itinerary: Day 1
The ski resort of Sierra Nevada, located in the municipality of Monachil, is only
25 minutes from Granada by car. The main ski resort of the south of Europe, where
there are more days of sun per year, is the perfect place to practice all the
winter sports. The quality of the facilities and services, next to its animated
atmosphere, makes the resort a point of contact for snow lovers. Enjoy the
enormous variety of sports and snow activities and, at night, the diversion is
assured: nocturnal ski, tapas and drinks next to the track, concerts, restaurants,
discos, etc.
YOUR HOTEL: High quality ****-hotel in the hearth of the Ski Resort, walking
distance to the tracks and all the additional services. Half-board.

Itinerary: Day 2
With a total of 61 kilometers spread over 39 runs, plus 6 sensational off-course
trails, Sierra Nevada offers the visitor a wide choice of activities. Sierra
Nevada has a vertical drop of 1,300 meters, and snow areas for all types of
skiers, from beginners to experts.

Itinerary: Day 3
Sierra Nevada´s Ski Resort village area has been greatly enhanced thanks to the
construction of new alpine-style buildings and the environmental embellishment
program. You’ll find a great variety of services: restaurants featuring local
Andalusian and international cuisine; tearooms; sundecks; night clubs, pubs and
bars, etc. Child day-care centre, banks, supermarkets, sports and fashion
boutiques, gift shops, magazine and newspaper kiosks, ski rental, photo-developing
services, hairdressers, pharmacy, among others are available at the resort.

Itinerary: Day 4
As you probably have already noticed, the delights of Sierra Nevada do not finish
when the slopes close. There are a host of after-ski activities on offer to round
off a perfect day´s skiing. Cinema, ice-skating, sledge rides, no end of shops,
discos, bars and cafés where you can meet other visitors and skiers... These are
just a few of the options on offer. There is no excuse for not getting stuck into
the fun and enjoyment to be found all over the resort.

Itinerary: Day 5
If you wish to take a small break from skiing, you can drive to the city of
Granada, only 25 minutes away. The capital of Andalusia, its streets and plazas
are charged with history and culture, causing you to lose all sense of time. Visit
Albaicín, the Moorish quarter and authentic architectural jewel of picturesque
corners and fascinating cultural diversity. The Andalusian legacy in Granada can
also be taken in from the viewpoint, el mirador de San Nicolás. This is a
favourite location for locals who come to contemplate the delights of the Nazarí
Kingdom, and from where you can see the Alhambra Palace rising from an ochre hill.

Itinerary: Day 6
On your last day enjoy a delicious breakfast. A full day lies ahead, now is your
last chance to do some skiing or those favourite activities you want to try one
more time. But as is always the case, all good things must come to an end.
Undoubtedly there are still more things you would like to do, see or try...
But don´t worry if you couldn´t do everything in these six days: it´s best to
leave some things to do so you have an excuse to come back again in the future.
